Dr. Zaheeruddin Abro, a dedicated Consultant Eye Surgeon, is a distinguished professional with a robust educational background. Having earned his MBBS from Liaquat Medical College (now LUMHS) and DO from LMC Eye Hospital (present-day SIOVS) through the University of Sindh, Dr. Abro has exemplified a commitment to excellence. His journey includes valuable training experiences at renowned institutions such as DMC (now DUHS) Karachi, LMC Eye Hospital (SIOVS), and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, enhancing his expertise in Ophthalmology. Dr. Abro has served with distinction in various capacities, including House Surgeon, RMO, Consultant, and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology at DMC (DUHS) and LMC (LUMHS), as well as different District Hospitals within the Health Department of the Government of Sindh. From October 2019 to January 2023, he contributed as a Senior Instructor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Isra University Hospital. Currently, Dr. Abro serves as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Hashim Medical City Hospital in Hyderabad, where his skills continue to positively impact patient care. Noteworthy is Dr. Zaheeruddin Abro's philanthropic spirit, as he has organized and actively participated as a surgeon in over 100 free eye camps across the provinces of Sindh and Punjab.
